Seven Women’s Nourishing Yin and Tonic Porridge
Longan and corn nourishing yin and tonic: 15 grams of longan meat and 100-200 grams of corn.
Wash the longan meat and cook with corn.

The longan flavour is sweet and warm, can nourish the heart and spleen, nourish blood and soothe the nerves.
Walnut Ziyin Dabu porridge: 20 grams of walnut meat, previously 100-200 grams of rice.
Wash and mash the walnut kernels and cook them with the same rice as before.
It can nourish the lungs and cough, nourish the kidney and solidify the essence, and nourish the bowel.
However, those with phlegm, heat or diarrhea should not eat.
Shiziyin tonic porridge: 30-50 grams of rice, previously 100-200 grams of rice.

Yam chestnut nourishing yin and tonic porridge: 15-30 grams of yam, 50 grams of chestnuts, 2-4 jujubes, 100 grams of rice.

Ginger jujube nourishing yin and nourishing porridge: 6-9 grams of fresh ginger or dried ginger, 100-150 grams of previous rice or sticky rice, and 2-4 jujubes

Carrot Ziyin Dabu Porridge: 50 grams of fresh carrots, 200 grams of previous rice.

Chicken skinned egg nourishing yin and tonic porridge: 200 grams of chicken, two preserved eggs, 200-300 grams of rice, ginger, spring onion, salt and other seasonings.
